Be this I mean African American, Polish American, Italian American, Mexican American, Irish American, Puerto Rican American, Dutch Americans etc. or are they just Americans?

3. Should there be a mandatory military draft or compulsory national service for two years in length for all American citizens between the ages of 18 and 24?
